Agreement
By using the TayJay Wraps website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
Services
TayJay Wraps provides vehicle wrapping, graphics and related services. All work is completed to a professional standard using premium-grade materials. Specific details, timelines and costs are agreed upon before any work commences via a formal quotation.
Quotations
All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may vary if the vehicle's condition differs from what was described or photographed at the time of quoting.
Payment
A deposit may be required to secure a booking date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work. Payment methods and terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Vehicle Condition
Vehicles must be presented clean and free from significant damage to the areas being wrapped. TayJay Wraps is not responsible for pre-existing paint defects, rust or damage that may be revealed during the wrapping or removal process.
Warranty
All installations carry a workmanship warranty. Vinyl film manufacturer warranties apply separately and vary by product. Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect aftercare, accidents or modification by third parties.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text and designs — is the property of TayJay Wraps and may not be reproduced without written permission. Photography of completed projects may be used by TayJay Wraps for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
TayJay Wraps accepts no liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the contract in question.
